- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- A Bit Of Salt And Pepper
- Heat butter in a non stick pan on medium low.
- Whisk the eggs and cream together vigorously and pour into the pan with the melted butter.
